You need to be willing to put in the effort and believe that the treatment is the right thing for you.

Some people will need more sessions to come to grips with their anxiety. This may be the case for those folk who have come from a traumatic background, and in this case it is anxiety that always shows up as a result. Often people who have been abused or those who have been exposed to alcoholic parents will need to deal with this.
